So one day I go back to my desk and see there are only stems in the vase…no rose buds. Hmmmm. If they wilted where were they? Then I caught him. Grandpa would jump into the computer chair, onto the keyboard, and then up onto the desk where he would eat the roses. Bad boy.
Rabbits love rose petals but we grow some especially for them, chemical free.

As you can see… it’s grooming day around here! We don’t cut their hair, we just… collect the dead fur that has come loose and gross lol We want soft and silky bunnies don’t we? 
The grooming doesn’t hurt them at all, they just don’t like to stay still so they get a bit cranky. And as you can see, they are living such a tough life (sarcasm lol)… they eat, sleep… go to the bathroom, then lay down and watch tv all day. I know they must think it’s rigorous LOL I love these sweeties with all my heart (=

Nyx is a year-old female Holland Lop. Her little flopped friend is recently adopted Leo, the 8-month male Lionhead (who is currently molting his mane and doesn’t look so lion-ish…)

However, don’t limit yourself. Use any bunny/guinea safe treats/chews you want. You can put dried rose petals, dried fruit treats, yogurt drops (if you give your pet those – I don’t give them to my rabbit because honestly, they shouldn’t have dairy), dried carrot tops, dried fennel, pine cones, etc! My favorite place to get bunny treats is www.bunspace.com!
Meeka never chews the sisal that I used on another bag, so I always use the same one. However, this bag I made is going to be given away so I didn’t want to use it. A few days ago we added Leonidas the Lionhead to our family. Neither he nor Nyx (the Holland Lop) are fixed, and since we’re not in the market for bebeh bunlets right now, we’re keeping them apart until they are. As you can see, Leo is NOT pleased with this situation!
Bunny Info:
Leo is an 8-month-old male Lionhead.
Nyx is a year-old female Holland Lop.
Nyx is scheduled to be spayed in January and hopefully Leo can get an appointment soon after!

(EDIT) Well since Buds is gone, I can only do a written update. This smart little rabbit could dig on command, could differentiate between having to raise one paw or both paws and he clearly knew how to play dead when I did BANG. He was so smart and could do so many other funny antics. Love ya little buddy
