Please always check shelters first. Breeders contribute to the problem of too many bunnies on the market, which means a lot end up in shelters and destroyed! Also check local non-profit organizations in your area. Enter "HRS" and your city’s name into a search engine to find a house rabbit society near you.

2. does the "mane" stay a certain length or keeps growing if so would i have to trim it?
3. how big do they get?
Usually once a week, but it depends how much hair they have, some do not have as much as others.
Once they are fully grown, it will stop growing other them normal spring and fall shedding.
They get anywhere from 3-10 pounds. Most are 5-7. People breed Dwarf Lionheads, as well as standard and bigger ones.
