Litter Training. Gosh! Ive been trying to litter train my bunny for months. I had to put her in a cage because I would wake up with poop and pee all over my bed. I havent gotten a baby gate yet so I can keep her in a enclosed area until she is used to the small area. Lionheaded bunnys are my favorite. Ive seen them a lot of diffrent prices. Like on craigslist Some one was breeding them and "rehoming" them for $25. Thats the cheapist ive ever seen them! Ive also seen them around $50 to $75.
Shes doing this for research! She will most likely look it up too just to know about the breed!

Thursday, November 19th, 2009she is 4 year old & had 2 litters of rabbits. she is normally a sociable rabbit so this is really strange for her.
Take her to the vet straight away-rabbits don’t show many symptoms of illness so any time they seem off colour usually means something is going on. They can go downhill so quickly that the wait and see approach isn’t a good idea for rabbits-it could be any number of things but your vet should be able to find out from a check up.
Why does my lionhead rabbit move it’s head slowly side to side when he’s resting?
Thursday, November 19th, 2009I just got a new 2 month old lionhead rabbit yesterday. We call him Gizmo because anytime he stops for more than a few seconds he moves his head robotically side to side. It’s kinda creepy, and my mom suggested that it helps him asses things and see/check out stuff better. I’d like a second opinion.
The "official" term for the behavior is scanning. It tends to run in breeds and it tends to be most strongly associated with ruby eyed animals. It is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about! All our Himalayans do it. Nobody knows exactly why they do it, though most folks agree with your mother’s assessment. And, yes, it is a little creepy until you get used to it!
